Ok so it’s about time I do another music review blog entry…
Here are some of the musicians I have been listening to lately:
- Charlotte Sometimes
- Sounds a lot like Ingrid Michaelson (unique voice to replicate)- I’m still trying to figure it out….
- Apparently her stage name came from the CURE song written after a series of children books “Charlotte Sometimes”
- One of my favs of hers: “How I could just kill a man”
- Allie Moss
- Sang backup/acoustic guitar for some folks during the Hotel Cafe Tour
- Very gental vocals…. soft sound
- My favs: “Passerby” & “Something to hold on to”

- Very interesting/ mixed sound
- Similar to Death Cab/ Postal Service…but less electronic; more classical & more cheery
- Great beats w/ complimentary instruments
- My favs: “Avada Kedavra” & “Elephant and Castle” & “Stiches to Show Somethings Missing”- has a great crescendo towards the end
