The Galaxy Drive-in Movie Theatre

I have always loved drive-in theaters since I was small. There’s just something so nastalgic about them I guess. Too bad Texas doesn’t mirror California or Colorado’s summer weather, otherwise it would be even more perfect to go in the summer time here in Texas. I have only been to one drive-in theater. It was located near San Marcus, TX in the hill country. We (our parents) parked the car off-site in a different parking lot and carried in your lawn chairs, ice chests, etc… It was so fun! If i remember correctly, they showed the movie “Men in Black.” Awesome.
Every time Brian and I drive back to Dallas from visiting family in Katy, TX, we pass this particular drive in the “Galaxy Drive In” in Ennis, TX off of I-45. I always crane my neck to check out the place and attempt to see what movie(s) they’re showing. Maybe one weekend we’ll make a trip down there to see a movie. WOo! It’s amazing how far entertainment (specifically movies) has come in the past 40 years! Now you can watch movies on your cell phone. Craaazy.
We love your drivein, It’s awespme, and teh food is not over priced, and the ticket prices are great and first run movies Great too, but Can you fix more of the speaker boxes near the backs and make louder, so when we sit outside vehicle we can hear it.
